A restorative 3-hour experience blending equine connection, somatic practice, and soulful integration — thoughtfully tailored to you. Sometimes we just need a little space — a pause from the noise and pull of daily life — to breathe, reflect, and remember what really matters. Maybe things feel overwhelming, or you’re craving clarity around a crossroads or transition. Maybe you don’t have the time or desire to commit to ongoing therapeutic work right now, but you still want a space to reset and reconnect. Or perhaps you’re already a client and sense it’s time to go deeper — to integrate what’s been shifting and come back into grounded presence. The Grounded Intensive offers that space. Before your visit, you’ll complete a brief reflection survey to help clarify your intentions and what you most need from your time here. Your session begins in quiet connection with your equine partner — grooming, breathing, and attuning to the present moment. From there, we’ll move into gentle somatic or breathwork practices (on the ground or mounted) designed to meet your body where it is and open space for new awareness to emerge. Afterward, we’ll walk through the property to the cabin, letting insights settle in along the way. Inside, a warm fire and hot tea will be waiting. You’ll have time to journal, rest, and integrate what surfaced — allowing the wisdom of the experience to take root in a lasting way. Each Grounded Intensive is unique — tailored to your current season of life and what your system most needs to restore balance and clarity. Available for both individuals and small groups (up to four participants). Perfect for current or new clients seeking a deeper reset or introduction to the work. Individual Rate: $425 Current Client Rate: $375 Small Group (2–4 participants): $325 per person Current Client Rate: available to clients who have completed a private session within the past 6 months.
