Service Description
Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a deeply grounding, restorative overnight experience on the farm. This intimate retreat is designed for women who are longing to slow down, reconnect, and come back to themselves in a meaningful way. Held in a small, intentionally curated group, this experience weaves together connection, embodiment, and time on the land—supported by the quiet wisdom of the horses and the natural rhythm of the waning moon, a time for release, softening, and integration. This retreat is hosted by Dr. Ashley Dial, with yoga and sound bath offerings by Netty Walters. Saturday Afternoon Arrival + Check-In Settle into the bunkhouse, get comfortable, and begin to unwind. You’ll be welcomed with a warm drink and a thoughtfully prepared retreat booklet with journaling prompts to guide your experience. Opening Circle + Equine Group Session We’ll gather as a group before moving into the pasture for a guided equine experience with the herd. This work invites awareness, grounding, and a deeper connection to yourself through your interactions with the horses. Dinner + Campfire Enjoy a shared, nourishing meal followed by an evening around the fire. This is a time to relax, connect, and let the day settle into your body. Candlelit Sound Bath in the Bunkhouse Close the evening with a deeply calming sound bath, allowing your nervous system to fully soften and settle before rest. Sunday Morning Coffee + Light Breakfast Wake slowly with fresh coffee, herbal tea, and a simple breakfast. Guided Hike + Hilltop Yoga We’ll walk together to the hilltop pasture for a gentle, all-levels yoga session overlooking the land—an opportunity to move, breathe, and take in the quiet beauty of the morning. Closing + Integration Return to the bunkhouse for a short closing and time to reflect before packing up and heading home. Throughout your stay, you’ll be supported by simple, thoughtful touches—warm drinks, cozy accommodations, guided reflection, and space to both connect and be alone. Space is intentionally limited to preserve the depth and intimacy of the experience.
